Inter-American Development Bank (USA) Study Mission and Workshop 2004 (21st to 29th April 2004)
Sponsored by the Inter-American Development Bank (USA), 14 educators from the Caribbean countries of Jamaica, Barbados, Guyana and Trinidad and Tobago attended seminars and visits to the Ministry of Education (Singapore), the National Institute of Education (Singapore) and hosted by Asst Prof Lim Cher Ping from the National Institute of Education (Singapore), Fuchun Secondary School, Damai Primary School and Woodlands Primary School to learn how Information Communications Technology (ICT) is being incorporated into Singapore's education system in order to attempt to improve the standards of ICT in their respective education systems.
